摘要
目的分析金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗胃癌肝转移的临床疗效。方法选取2012-10-2014-08我院收治的84例胃癌肝转移患者为研究对象，分为对照组（TF方案化疗）和观察组（金龙胶囊联合化疗）各42例。两组均连续治疗3个周期。化疗结束后4周评价两组近期疗效及生活质量（qualityoflife，QOL）。结果观察组疾病缓解率为59．52％，明显高于对照组的40．48％，P〈0．05；QOL改善率为69．05％，显著高于对照组的54．76％，P〈0．05。结论金龙胶囊联合化疗有助于缓解胃癌肝转移疾病进展，提高生活质量。
OBJECTIVE to analyze jinlong capsule MDT the clinical curative effect of treatment for gastric cancer liver metastasis. METHODS choose 84 cases of gastric cancer patients with liver metastasis as the research object, were randomly divided into TF scheme chemotherapy in the control group and observation of jinlong capsule treatment with combination chemotherapy group （n= 42）. Two groups are continuous treatment of 3 cycles. 4 weeks after completion of chemotherapy evaluation two groups in the near future curative effect and quality of life. RESULTS the disease remission rate （59.52 %） of the observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （40.48 %） ,P〈0.05; QOL peri- od （69.05 %） is significantly higher than control group （54.76 %）, P^0.05. CONCLUSION jinlong capsule treatment with combination chemotherapy helps to alleviate stomach cancer spread to the liver disease progress, improve the quality of survival.
