摘要
主体间性视域下,教师和学生构成了教学实践的"双主体"。理工科院校因文科边缘化、人文底蕴不足等导致思想政治理论课教学有效性不足,具体表现为教师职业认同感偏低、学生学习主动性不强、课程设置重复和教学内容空洞、教学手段僵化和教学形式单一、教学边缘化和教育环境追求功利化。为此,必须通过提升物质激励和价值认同,调动教师教学积极性;通过夯实学生人文素养基础、优化课程内容设置、加强教学方式管理增强学生的积极性和主动性,共同推动教学有效性的提升。
From the standpoint of inter-subjectivity, the teacher and the students constitute the "two subjects" in teaching practice. Because of the low level of art and the humanities background as well as marginalization of arts, there is an inadequacy concerning the effectiveness in teaching theoretical courses of ideological and political education in universities of science and engineering. These can be found in the following aspects. The teachers have a low level of recognition of their professional identi- ty and students do not show a strong initiative in their studies. And the curriculum setup is repetitive and teaching content is empty with mans of teaching rigidified and forms of teaching monotonous as well as marginalization of teaching and the pursuit of utilitarianism in teaching environment. To this end, it is necessary to mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers by improving the material incentive and val- ue identification, to enhance students' enthusiasm and initiative, and to promote the improvement of teaching effectiveness by consolidating the students' humanistic quality, optimizing the curriculum content, and strengthening the management of teaching methods.
