摘要
通过一个典型多边形零件倒圆的编程实例,灵活运用宏程序和G68、G10、G16指令,对该类零件的倒圆编程进行了参数化编程。只需修改初始参数,就可以加工出任意旋转角度和任意边数正多边形倒圆角,使得编制的数控程序更具灵活性和通用性,大大缩短了该类零件的编程时间,提高了数控机床加工的效率。
To process fillets on regular polygon parts, macro program and G68,G10,GI6 instructfim are used to carry out parametric programming design. By modifying the primary parametric, it is easy to mahining the fillets with any rotating angle and polygon contour. The NC program has more flexibility and universality. The programming time is greatly reduced, and the efficiency of NC machining is improved.
