摘要
应用Abaqus有限元分析软件,模拟上扣、拉伸、内压等工况,分析改进型圆螺纹套管在复合载荷下的受力情况,进而研究其抗拉强度和密封载荷。研究结果表明,该改进型圆螺纹在各种模拟工况下,都能保持较高的接触压力和均匀的等效应力,可有效地增强螺纹的密封性能和连接强度。
ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to simulate the buekle, stretching and internal pressure of knuckle screw thread casing under the composite load, and study its tensile strenglh and sealing load. The resuhs show that the modified knuckle screw thread can keep higher contact pressure and uniform equivalent stress, and can eftectively enhance the screw thread＇s sealing performance and connection strength under various kinds of simulation eonditions.
