2012年-2014年女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染结果及分析

Results and analysis of human papillomavirus infection of women from 2012 to 2014

摘要 目的调查2012年-2014年本地区女性生殖道HPV感染情况和基因分型的分布特征。方法采用流式荧光杂交法对43 446例女性生殖道标本进行HPV DNA分型检测,分析其总体感染率、重叠感染率、年龄和年度的分布特点。结果女性HPV总感染率为12.81%。5 566例阳性病例中单一亚型病毒株感染者占83.49%,双重亚型病毒株感染者占12.99%,三重及三重以上亚型病毒株感染者占3.52%。共检出HPV高危型病毒株5 546株,检出率为12.77%,占阳性病毒株的81.81%;低危型病毒株1 233株,检出率为2.84%,占阳性病毒株的18.19%。≤20岁年龄组和≥61岁年龄组的感染率较高,达到19.78%和18.59%。2012年-2014年连续3年HPV基因亚型的年检出率分别为15.64%、15.83%和15.33%。每年居前5位的高危亚型为HPV 52、HPV 16、HPV 58、HPV 39和HPV 56(除2012年居第4位和第5位的为HPV 56和HPV 39外);居前2位的低危亚型均为HPV 61和HPV 6。结论 HPV在本地女性中有一定的检出率,且连续3年的检出率及基因分型分布特征未发生较大改变。 Objective To understand the results of infection and distribution characteristics of HPV for women in the region from 2012 to 2014. Methods 43 446 cases of samples from women tractus genitalis were tested using streaming fluorescent hybridization method for HPV DNA subtying detection,so as to analyze the distribution characteristics of total infection rate and overlapping infection rate,age and year. Results The overall HPV infection rate was 12. 81%,and among the 5 566 positive cases,the infected with single subtype strain,double,triple and munti subtypes virus strain were respectively 83. 49%,12. 99% and 3. 52%. 5 546 strains of high- risk HPV and 1 233 strains of low- risk HPV were detected,the detection rate were 12. 76% and 2. 84%,accounting for 81. 81% and 18. 19% of the positive strains. The rates of women who aged ≤20and ≥61 were 19. 78% and 18. 59%,which were higher. The detection rates in 2012,2013 and 2014 were 15. 64%,15. 83% and 15. 33%,the high- risk HPV of top 5 were HPV 52,HPV 16,HPV 58,HPV 39 and HPV 56( except the top 4,HPV 56 and the the top 5,HPV 39 in 2012),the top 2 of low- risk HPV were HPV 61 and HPV 6. Conclusion HPV can be detected from the local women,the detection rate and distribution characteristics of HPV have no big change within 3 years.
