摘要
为了准确预测混合动力汽车(HEV)动力电池的SOC,将安时法、开路电压法和卡尔曼滤波算法结合起来,并考虑温度、滞环效应等因素对SOC的影响,提出了新的SOC估算方法。通过建立电池的二阶动态RC模型并且采用双无味卡尔曼滤波(DUKF)的方法估算电池模型的状态和参数,使电池的SOC估算达到更高的精度。通过蓄电池的放电实验初步确定电池的模型参数以及电池的开路电压(OCV)与SOC的关系曲线,并且采用matlab仿真验证了DUKF方法对SOC估算的准确性。
In order to accurately predict the SOC, the ampere-hour method ,open-circuit voltage method and Kalman filtering were combined, and the influence factors of SOC such as temperature and Hysteresis were taken into account, then a new prediction algorithm of SOC was put forward. By means of building the second order dynamic model of the battery and employing double unscented Kalman filter (DUKF), both the state and parameters of the model were estimated so as to let the estimation of SOC reach a higher accuracy. The parameters of battery model and the relation curve of open-circuit voltage and SOC were estimated by discharge experiment, and matlab simulation was used to prove the accuracy of DUKF. The experiment results show that the BMS for the measurement of battery voltage and current and the estimating of SOC are reliable.
