摘要
文章针对住宅产业化的结构体系——预制混凝土剪力墙结构,通过观察其在历次地震中的表现,总结国内外学者对其整体模型和墙体的受力性能的研究,列举预制混凝土剪力墙结构的一些工程试点。综合分析表明,住宅产业化是我国建筑业发展的必然方向,预制混凝土剪力墙结构是适用于住宅产业化的最主要结构形式之一。
Aiming at the structural system of housing industrialization structure of fabricated concrete shear wall, this paper lists some engineering pilots of fabricated concrete shear wall structure by observing its performance in previous earthquakes and summarizing Chinese and foreign scholars＇ study on integral shear wall models and load-carrying performance. Comprehensive analysis shows that housing industrialization is the necessary development direction of China＇s building industry and the fabricated concrete shear wall structure is one of the most important structural forms applicable to housing industrialization.
