摘要
目的了解周口市农村适婚男女对婚前医学检查的认知、态度及需求状况,探讨相关影响因素。方法采取方便抽样的方法在河南省周口市农村抽取100名农村青年男女,采用自行设计的问卷对其进行调查。结果调查对象中,仅53名(54.1%)知道有婚前医学检查这项检查,79名完全不了解该项目(80.6%);知道我国现在的婚前医学检查制度是自愿的有63名(63.3%),而知道婚前医学检查是免费的仅13名(13.3%);有26名(26.5%)表示如果免费结婚时一定参加该检查;有77名(78.5%)希望了解更多婚育保健及婚前医学检查知识。结论周口市农村适婚男女对婚前医学检查的认知水平普遍偏低,政府应加大宣传力度,提高婚前医学检查服务质量,从而提高广大群众接受婚前医学检查的自觉性,使婚前医学检查真正起到一级预防的效果。
Objective To understand the cognition, attitude, and demand of rural young men and women of marriageable age in Zhoukou city of He＇nan province on premarital medical examination, explore the related factors. Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 100 rural young men and women from Zhoukou city in He＇nan province, then they were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire. Results Among the survey objects, only 53 cases （54. 1% ） knew this examination, 79 cases （80. 6% ） didn＇t understand the examination project cmnpletely; 63 cases （63.3%） knew that premarital medical examination system is voluntary now in China, and only 13 cases （ 13.3 % ） knew the examination is free; 26 cases （26. 5 % ） would participate in premarital medical examination if premarital medical examination is free; 77 cases （78.5%） wanted to know more about marriage and premarital health care and premarital medical examination knowledge. Conclusion The cognitive level of rural young men and women of marriageable age in Zhoukou city of He＇nan province on premarital medical examination was generally low. So the government should intensify propaganda and improve the quality of premarital medical examination service to improve the awareness of the masses to accept premarital medical examination and make premarital medical examina-tion take better first-level prevention effect.
