摘要
神经病理痛是临床上最常见的慢性疼痛,可见于炎症、肿瘤、内分泌及中枢神经损伤等多种疾病,其发生是外周机制与中枢机制共同参与的结果。当前对神经病理痛的治疗是医学上公认的难题。本文梳理了神经病理痛治疗的研究思路和最新进展,以期对研究者和临床医生提供借鉴。
Neuropathic pain is the most common chronic pain in many diseases, such as inflammation, tumor, endocrine and central nervous system damage, which is the result of joint participation of the peripheral mechanism and the central mechanism. At present, the treatment of neu- ropathic pain is a difficult problem in medical science. This article re- viewed the research ideas and the latest progress of the research on the treatment of neuropathic pain, in order to provide reference for the re- searchers and clinicians.
