摘要
针对水煤气净化系统第二中温变换炉出口管道出现的裂纹问题,根据裂纹形态、位置,确定造成裂纹的主要原因。为解决变换炉出口奥氏体不锈钢管的裂纹问题,选择耐晶间腐蚀效果更好的321不锈钢对第二中温变换炉出口管道进行改造,改造后效果良好。
Aiming at the crack problem of the second medium temperature shift furnace outlet pipe in water gas purification system, the main factors of crack were identified according to its shape and position. Considering the shortage of austenitic stainless steel pipe, we chose the 321 stainless steel which is better to avoid intergranular corrosion.
