等离子射频消融治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效观察 被引量：6

摘要 带状疱疹后遗神经痛（postherpetic neuralgia,PHN）是带状疱疹最常见的并发症,是由水痘—带状疱疹病毒感染周围神经后发生的一种神经病理性疼痛综合征[1],临床将急性带状疱疹临床治愈后持续疼痛超过1个月者定义为带状疱疹后遗神经痛[2],以顽固的持续性隐痛伴阵发性剧痛为临床特征,治愈困难[3]。我科2014年2-9月应用等离子射频消融术,采用脊神经后支消融或肋间神经消融治疗PHN患者39例,疗效满意,总结如下。
