摘要
自古有"知识改变命运"的说法,在科技进步的时代,知识在我们的生活中占据更为重要的地位。与知识紧密相关的领域便是教育,教育的深化改革不断开展,更好的教育时代已逐渐来临。在与教育相关的变革中,高校体育教师的综合素质结构在相应变化,且旧的制度和素质结构渐渐无法适应新的需求,因此我国对体育教师的思想、文化、专业、能力等多方面的素质的培养已列入日程。简要列举高校体育教师应具备的综合素质能力,分析当前高校体育教师实际的综合素质结构状况,并给出可行的培养建议。
The argument of ＂knowledge change destiny＂ has occurred since ancient times, in the progress of science and technology era, knowledge occupies a more important position in our life. Education is a field closely related to knowledge, with the education reform deepening, better education era is coming in China. Related to education reform, comprehensive quality structure of college PE teachers has been changed correspondingly, the old system and quality structure are gradually unable to meet the new demand, so the quality cultivation on thought, culture and professional ability of PE teachers has been included in the agenda in China. This paper gives a brief list of comprehensive quality of college PE teachers should possess, analyzes the current condition of college PE teachers＇ actual comprehensive quality structure, and puts forward feasible suggestions for the cultivation.
