摘要
目的:了解医学类考研生睡眠质量情况及其与考试焦虑的关系,为改善睡眠质量、缓解考试焦虑、提高学习效率提供科学依据。方法:采用匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale,PSQI)和考试焦虑量表(Test Anxiety Scale,TAS),对278名医学类大学五年级考研生进行调查。结果:匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表总平均得分(4.31±2.790)分,有29名(10.43%)被试者在睡眠质量上存在问题。考试焦虑量表(TAS)总平均得分(17.73±7.072)分,有97人(34.89%)存在严重的考试焦虑情绪,并且睡眠质量与考试焦虑之间存在正相关(r=0.247,P=0.000)。结论:考研生存在睡眠质量问题的比例较大,并且存在严重的考试焦虑,考试焦虑在一定程度上影响睡眠质量。
Objective: To explore the relationship between test anxiety and sleep quality of medical university students who had taken part in the post- graduate entrance examination,so as to provide a scientific basis for improving sleep quality,alleviating the anxiety,and improving the learning efficiency of medical university students,who will take part in the post- graduate entrance examination. Methods:Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index( PSQI) and Test Anxiety Scale( TAS) were applied to survey 278 medical university students,who had taken part in the post- graduate entrance examination. Results: The average score of PSQI was( 4. 71 ± 3. 270). There were 10. 43% subjects had a problem on the sleep quality. The average score of TAS was( 17. 73 ± 7. 072). There were 97 people( 34. 89%) had severe test anxiety. Positive correlation existed significantly between TAS and PSQI score( r = 0. 277,P = 0. 000). Conclusion:The proportion of sleep quality problems is high,and there is serious test anxiety among medical university students,who have taken part in the post- graduate entrance examination,test anxiety to some extent affects sleep quality.
