摘要
造纸行业是我国消耗能源大、污染严重的行业之一,清洁生产是造纸行业走可持续发展的最佳路径。本文对广东省某造纸企业开展清洁生产审核实例分析得出,该造纸厂通过清洁生产审核共实施清洁生产方案26个,投资1245.2万元,审核期间产生经济效益727.2万元,其中,节约成本约185万元,减少损失约386.2万元,实现了经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的统一,达到了"节能、降耗、减污、增效"的目的,同时也为同类企业清洁生产审核提供参考依据。
Pulp and paper is an industry in our country which is great energy consumption and serious pollution, cleaner production audit is the best path for sustainable development of paper industry. An Example of cleaner production audit for a papermaking enterprise in Guangdong, it was found that 26 options of clean production was put into effect, a total investment of 12.452 million yuan, and produce economic benefits 7.272 million yuan during the audit. Cost savings of about 1.85 million yuan, reduce the loss of about 3.862 million yuan. The popularization of cleaning production in papermaking enterprises could realize unification of economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits, the ＂energy saving, consumption reduction, reducing the pollution and increasing benefit aim is obtained.
