摘要
对桑黄菌菌丝体生长的营养条件进行单因子方差分析的结果表明:最佳碳源为蔗糖,其次为为乳糖;最佳氮源为酵母膏,其次为酪蛋白胨;最佳无机盐为CaSO4,其次为MgSO4。正交试验结果表明,最佳培养基配方为蔗糖25g/L,酵母膏2.5g/L,CaSO40.5g/L,琼脂20g/L。
The effects of selected nutritional parameters on the growth of Phellinus igniarius mycelia were evaluated using monofactorial variance analysis.The results showed that the best carbon source was sucrose,followed by lactose;the best nitrogen source was yeast extract,followed by Casitone;the best mineral salt was CaSO4,followed by MgSO4.Orthogonal testing experiment indicated that the optimal medium for culturing Phellinus igniarius was 25g/L sucrose,2.5g/L yeast extract,0.5g/L CaSO4,and 20g/L agar.
