摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜对新型9wt%Cr耐热铸钢热处理过程中的微观组织进行了观察,揭示了不同回火工艺下钢中第二相的析出规律。利用高分辨透射电子显微分析(HREM)技术观察析出相的形貌并解析了其与基体的晶体取向关系。
The microstructure investigation of 9wt% Cr heat-resisting cast steel was carried out by OM, SEM and TEM. The precipitation law of the secondary phases in the steel with different heat treatments was revealed. The morphology of precipitated phase was observed by high-resolution electron microscopy. And the relationship between the mophology of precipites and orientation of matrix crystal was analyzed.
