摘要
以TC11表面制备80%CBN微粉+20%Ti粉(均为质量分数)涂层为例,考虑了此类激光熔覆在预处理与加工过程中特殊的工艺方法。利用正交试验分析各工艺参数对熔池尺寸的影响。试验表明,随激光功率的增加,熔宽先增大后减小、熔深增大、熔高减小;熔池的各个尺寸均随扫描速度与预置层厚度的增大而减小。通过综合考虑涂层的宏观质量、涂层的预期性能与熔池尺寸来优化工艺参数,得到在激光功率1800 W、扫描速度5 mm/s以及预置层厚度0.6mm时涂层形貌较好,硬度明显增加。
Using laser c ladding 80% CBN+20%Ti powder coating on TC11 titanium alloy as an example, the special method in the process of preprocessing and processing was considered in this kind of laser cladding. Effects of parameters on size of melted pool were studied by orthogonal experiment. The results show that the width of melted pool increases firstly then decrease with the rising of laser power, while the depth increases and the height decreases. The size of melted pool decreases with the increase of scanning velocity and coating thickness. Analyzing feature and performance of coating and size of melted pool, it is concluded that coating's appearance is good and hardness increases significantly when laser power is 1800 W, scanning velocity is 5 mm/s and coating thickness is 0.6 mm.
