摘要
高职院校教学督导工作是保证教学质量的重要保证,建立健全督导委员会负责制的教学督导体系,从制度上、队伍建设上、机制上保证教学督导的工作体系;从民主评教、"三课"建设、实考课程、期末考试着手创新教学督导环节,深化高职教学督导的内涵发展。
Teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges is to ensure the quality of teaching, establish and perfect the supervision committee which is responsible for the system of teaching supervision system, ensuring the teaching supervision work system from the system, team construction, mechanism;from the democratic assessment,＂three class＂construction, real examination process, the final ex-am to innovate the teaching supervision, deepening the development of the teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges.
