一种金刚石绳锯串珠用CuFeCo胎体的烧结和力学性能研究

摘要 采用共沉淀法制备了一种CuFeCo预合金粉末,对粉末的物相组成和微观形貌进行了测试和分析。测试了不同烧结温度下烧结体的三点抗弯强度、磨损失重、硬度、致密度等性能。研究结果表明:在共沉淀还原的过程中,形成了Co3Fe7、CoFe15.7、FeCu4等合金化合物;制备的粉末多呈不规则状,颗粒较小且相互连接,表面疏松且比表面积较大,说明该粉末有较高的烧结活性;该粉末的最佳烧结温度为750℃,此烧结温度下烧结体的三点抗弯强度为1230MPa,硬度为92.5HRB,致密度为98%;相比传统配方,用该粉末作为串珠胎体黏结剂时,串珠的寿命和效率都有了一定的提高。 Based on the co‐precipitation method , the CuFeCo based pre‐alloyed powder was manufactured . X‐ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscope were adopted to analyze the matrices′ phase composition and microstructure . Three point bending strength , weight loss , hardness and relative density of samples sintered at different temperatures were analyzed . Results showed that the metallic compound of Co3 Fe7 , CoFe15 .7 , FeCu4 had formed in the powder and that it could reduce the sinter temperature because of its loosen surface and more specific area . At a sintering temperature of 750 ℃ ,the bending strength of CuFeCo fetal body was 1230 MPa , the hardness of CuFeCo fetal body was 92 .5 HRB and the relative density was 98% .Compared with the traditional formula of bead matrix ,the new formula with CuFeCo powder inside had longer life and higher efficiency .
