快速康复外科理念在小儿腔镜外科中的应用 被引量:25

摘要 随着医学模式的转变,外科病人对快速康复要求的提高,促使微创技术已成为21世纪外科发展的主旋律,腔镜技术作为微创外科的杰出代表,已渗入到各个外科专业,快速康复外科(fast track surgery,FTS)理念也由此应运而生。FTS 是2001年首先由丹麦外科医生 Wilmore 和 Kehlet[1]提出并逐渐发展起来的,联合外科、麻醉、护理、营养、康复、病人及其家属等对围手术期各种常规治疗措施,采取一系列已有循证医学证据进行改良、优化和组合的多学科合作模式,以减少或降低手术所致生理、心理创伤应激反应及并发症发生,使病人获得快速康复。早在2000年小儿外科已有 FTS 应用于先天性心脏病微创手术的报道[2]。随后在婴儿和儿童外科各专科领域成功开展[3]。文献报道表明 FTS 能够减轻术后应激反应,减少术后并发症,缩短住院时间。
