农产品追溯系统的追溯粒度评价模型构建及应用 被引量:18

摘要 在前期研究可追溯系统追溯粒度评价指标体系的基础上,基于加权求和模型的多因素综合评价法,构建了可追溯系统的追溯粒度评价模型.选择蔬菜,水果,水产,畜禽,粮油等不同品类的46家主体进行追溯粒度评价,并根据农产品品类,供应链类型,产值规模等不同进行了追溯粒度分值分析.果品类,畜类和粮油类的追溯粒度高分值所占比例较高,而由于蔬菜存在种植模式较为粗放,单品价值不高等问题,从而影响追溯粒度的分值;供销一体型的主体由于其供应链协作方面的优势,其追溯粒度分值高于供应链某一环节上主体的追溯粒度分值;年产值较高的企业其追溯粒度分值一般高于年产值较低的企业.进一步,以追溯粒度分值较高的主体——面粉产供销一体型企业集团为例,综合探究了分值高的原因.评价结果可为追溯系统前期构建设计和后期实施绩效评价提供依据. Based on the established index system in the preliminary study, a multi-factors comprehensive traceability granularity evaluation method was constructed with weighted sum algorithm. In the traceability system application enterprises from Beijing, Tianjin, Guangdong, Shandong and Jiangsu provinces, 46 enterprises were selected for traceability granularity evaluation. The scores of every enterprise were computed and analyzed according to different agri-production varieties, supply chain style and annual output. For different agri-produetion varieties, the fruit, livestock and cereal and oil enterprises got high score with more proportion in total, but the scores of vegetable enterprises were affected because of extensive plant mode and low single production cost. Similarly, considering the supply chain styles and annual output, the production-market integration enterprises and high annual output enterprises had more proportion of the high traceability granularity scores. Taking the large flour processing enterprise with production-market integration with high traceability granularity score as an example, the paper explored several reasons for the high score. The result with this model lays the foundation for traceability design and performance evaluation.
