摘要
尾砂固结排放工艺中管道输送环节,砂浆的流变特性是决定输送能力的关键因素。为了研究砂浆的流变特性,试验以吴集-李楼铁矿全尾砂、水泥与新型胶凝材料为试验材料,采取正交试验与对比试验设计方法。试验结果采用极差分析、方差分析和回归分析方法进行分析,结果表明:浓度、灰砂比与胶凝材料3种因素,对砂浆流变特性的影响顺序为:浓度>灰砂比>胶凝材料,且新型胶凝材料的流变特性优于矿渣水泥,确定了管道减阻输送中砂浆浓度和灰砂比的范围,从而为工程实践提供了理论指导。
The rheological properties of mortar in pipeline transportation are the key to conveying capacity for tailings consolidation emission.In order to investigate the rheological properties of mortar,taking the Wuji-Lilou iron ore tailings,cement and the new cementing material as the research objects,the orthogonal tests and contrast tests were carried out.Test results,achieved by the range analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis methods,showed that the influence order on rheological properties of mortar was concentrationcement-sand ratiocementing material.The rheology property of new cementing material was better than slag cement.Moreover,the ranges of concentration and cement-sand ratio to reducing the resistance of transmission were determined,which provided theoretical guidance for engineering practice.
