摘要
共建"丝绸之路经济带"战略已经开启,具有核心区地位的新疆迎来了空前的发展机遇。新疆是中国的农业大区、第二大牧场、绿色食品原料主要生产基地之一,农牧业资源极为丰富,而地理上又与习俗、语言、宗教相近的8个国家接壤,因此清真食品工业具有广阔的发展前景。清真食品工业的发展不仅有利于把新疆的资源、地缘和人文优势迅速变成经济优势,促进当地少数民族群众就业,有效解决农牧产品"卖难"等问题,而且可以推进"丝绸之路经济带"地方规划尽快超越概念层面,变成具体操作方案。本文对新疆清真食品工业现存的规模小、缺乏驰名品牌、市场秩序混乱、对外拓展滞后等一些突出问题进行分析并提出相关对策和建议。
The strategy of " Silk Road economic belt" has provided unprecedented development opportunities for Xinjiang which is the core area. As a large agricultural area, the second largest pasture and one of the main production bases of green food raw materials in China, Xinjiang is rich in agricultural and animal husbandry resources and geographically linked with surrounding countries which share the similar customs, languages and religion. So Xinjiang has a broad prospect of Muslim food industry development which can not only turn advantages of resource, geography and culture into economic advantages rapidly, but also can promote the employment of local ethnic people, solve problems in selling agricultural and livestock products and push the change of local plans into concrete operation schemes. This paper makes an analysis of the problems of Muslim food industry in Xinjiang such as small scale, lack of well-known brands, market disorder and lagging in external expansion and puts forward some suggestions.
