摘要
针对大长径比的深腔薄壁医用针筒的结构特点,进行了模具冷却系统、浇注系统、脱模机构及排气系统的分析,设计出了一副结构新颖、实用的针筒注塑模具。采用的双螺旋随形冷却水路可以有效地调控模具型腔温度,冷却效率高,温度场分布均匀,针筒冷却收缩均匀,壁厚一致。经生产验证,该模具结构合理可靠,所成型的针筒塑件满足使用要求。
For the structural characteristics of medical syringe barrel with big length/diameter ratio, deep cavity and thin-wall, this paper analyzed the mold cooling system, feed system, the ejection and the vent and a set of practical syringe barrel injection mold with novel structure was designed. The double-helix conformal cooling channel could regulate and control cavity temperature effectively with high cooling efficiency and uniform temperature field distribution, which resulted in uniform cooling shrinkage and wall thickness of syringe barrel. Practical production proves that the mold structure is reasonable and reliable, and the molding syringe barrel is satisfied with the application requirement.
