心肌酶谱与脐动脉血气在新生儿窒息中的临床应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨心肌酶谱与脐动脉血气在新生儿窒息中的应用价值。方法:选取某院收治的52例新生儿窒息患者作为研究组,另选取50例健康新生儿作为对照组,对两组新生儿进行心肌酶谱检测和其动脉血气分析,对两组新生儿的检测结果进行对比、研究。结果:研究组新生儿的CK、CK-MB、AST、HB-DH、LDH、PaCO_2、BE水平均显著高于对照组,PaO_2、pH值均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组预后良好患儿的CK、CK-MB、AST、HB-DH、LDH水平均显著低于预后不良患儿,pH值显著高于预后不良患儿,P<0.05。结论:检测脐动脉血气和心肌酶谱指标,能够为早期诊断新生儿窒息、评估新生儿预后提供可靠依据,具有重要的临床应用价值。 Objective:To investigate the application value of myocardial enzymes and umbilical arterial blood gas to the diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia.Methods:52 neonates with asphyxia received in some hospital neonatal were selected as the research group,another 50 healthy newborns were selected as the control group,conduct myocardial enzyme detection on the neonates in both group and analyzed their arterial blood gas ,compare the detection results of the 2 groups.Results:The level of CK ,CK-MB,AST,HB-DH, LDH,PaCO2,BE were significantly higher in research group than that in control group ,the value of PaO2, pH value were significantly lower than that in control group,P <0.05.The level of CK,CK-MB,AST,HB-DH,LDH of children patients with favorable prognosis were significantly lower than those with a poor prog-nosis,and the value of pH was significantly higher than those with a poor prognosis,P <0.05.Conclusion:The detection of umbilical arterial blood gas and myocardial enzyme indicators can be a reliable basis for the early diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia andthe evaluation on prognosis for neonates,it is of important clinical value.
