摘要
2010年4月-2011年3月在安宁渠及校园做了杏树流胶病的年消长规律定点观察,结果表明:安宁渠及校园流胶病的发生在5—11月,在8月达到盛发期。通过对校园及安宁渠病样的分离得到两种真菌,致病性测定时编号为An2的菌引起了树体流胶。在期间还进行了不同药剂及不同时间对杏树流胶病的防治试验。
Fixed point observation of annual growth and decline of gummosi of apricot in campus and Anning canal from April 2010 to March 2011 was conducted.Result shows that the gummosis disease occurs in May-November month in Anning canal and reach peak period in August.Two fungi were obtained through separation of disease sample in Anning canal and campus;An2fungus caused gummosis while determining pathogenic;control experiments on gummosis disease of apricot with different medicament &time in that period.
