摘要
利用自研发的二维频域光学相干层析系统,测量透镜的曲率半径及焦距.为了提高透镜曲率的测量精度,采用频谱校正技术校正快速傅里叶变换产生能量泄漏而造成的误差.试验结果表明:研发的二维频域光学相干层析系统具有非接触式无损伤的特点,可以一次采集成像获取透镜的曲率半径和焦距,不需任何机械扫描运动就能获取透镜的曲率轮廓,且测量结果精确.
Measurement of curvature radius and focus length of lens using a home-made two-dimensional spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (2DOCT) system was proposed. In order to enhance the measurement precision of curva- ture radius of lens, spectrum correction method was employed in the system to reduce the energy effect due to fast Fourier transform Computation. The experimental results show that the developed 2DOCT has non-contact and non-invasive in na- ture; the system could measure the radius curvature and focus length of a lens, with high precision, using a single-shot imaging without any mechanical scanning.
