摘要
为探讨生长调节剂与基质对蓝莓绿枝扦插生根质量的影响,以兔眼"灿烂"(Britewell)和南高"夏普蓝"(Sharpblue)2个蓝莓品种为试材,采用正交试验法,以4种生长调节剂对插穗进行处理后扦插。结果表明:"灿烂"较"夏普蓝"更容易生根;黄心土是蓝莓扦插的理想基质;NAA处理有利于"灿烂"生根,IBA处理则促进"夏普蓝"生根;生长调节剂浓度以300 mg/L为佳,过高或过低均不利于蓝莓扦插生根;外源生长调节剂浸泡时间以30 min内为好。"灿烂"适宜的扦插条件为:用300 mg/L NAA处理插穗0.5 min,以黄心土为基质;"夏普蓝"适宜的扦插条件为:用300 mg/L IBA处理插穗30 min,以黄心土为基质。扦插4个月后,"灿烂"的平均生根数可达2.56条,平均根长6.17 cm,扦插成活率达97%,生根率达87%,生根质量值为2.62;"夏普蓝"平均生根数可达1.47条,平均根长5.36 cm,扦插成活率为83%,生根率为67%,生根质量值为2.04。
The blueberry varieties‘ Britewell’and ‘Sharpblue’ were used to test the effects of different substrates and concentrations of growth regulators on the blueberries green cuttings rooting quality by an orthogonal method and four dif- ferent growth regulators after cutting. The results indicated that ‘ Britewell’ cuttings had a notably better rooting effect than‘ Sharpbule’ cuttings ; the yellow subsoil was an ideal substrate for the rooting of blueberry cuttings; the NAA treat- ment was good for the rooting of ‘ Britewell’ cuttings while the IBA treatment promoted the rooting of‘ Sharpbule’ cut- tings ; the growth regulators at a concentration of 300 mg/L had better rooting effect than either too high or too low concen- tration, and the immersion time of the exogenous regulators within 30 minutes had better rooting effects as well. The appro- priate cutting conditions of‘Britewell’ were 300 mg/L NAA treatment about 0. 5 minutes and the yellow subsoil as cutting substrate, but ‘ Sharpblue’ were 300 mg/L IBA treatment in 30 minutes and the yellow subsoil substrate.
