摘要
通过分析幼儿英语教师职前培养中存在的问题,提出了提升幼儿英语师范生的专业水平和提升幼儿英语师范生的师资队伍建设等幼儿英语教师职前培养的相关对策。
through analyzing the problems existed in the pre service training of English teachers, the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve the professional level of English teachers＇ professional level and to promote the development of English teachers.
