摘要
目的观察加减抵当汤治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法将156例痰瘀型2型糖尿病患者随机分为2组,对照组78例予糖尿病基础饮食、运动控制和30/70混合重组人胰岛素注射液皮下注射治疗,治疗组78例在对照组治疗基础上应用加减抵当汤,2组疗程均为4周。比较2组证候疗效,观察2组治疗前后证候积分、日胰岛素用量、空腹血糖(FPG)变化。结果 2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组证候疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后证候积分、日胰岛素用量、FPG均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);对照组治疗后证候积分、FPG均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),日胰岛素用量较本组治疗前增加(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后证候积分、日胰岛素用量均低于对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。结论加减抵当汤治疗痰瘀型2型糖尿病在改善中医证候方面优于单纯胰岛素治疗,并能减少胰岛素用量。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Didang decoction on type 2 diabetes with blood stasis - phlegm type. Methods 156 type 2 diabetes patients with blood stasis - phlegm type were randomly divided into two groups. 78 patients in control group were received diabetes basal diet, motion control and hypodermic injection with 30/70 combined recombinant human insulin injection. 78 patients in treatment group were treated by modified Didang decoction on the basis of control group treatment. The course was four weeks in two groups. The curative effect of symptom between two groups was compared. The changes of syndrome integral, daily insulin dosage, fasting plasma glucose (FPG) before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The syndrome integral, daily insulin dosage and FPG after treatment in treatment group were decreased ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The syndrome integral and FPG after treatment in control group were decreased (P 〈 0.05 ), and the daily insulin dosage was increased (P 〈 0. 05 ). The syndrome integral and daily insulin dosage after treatment in treatment group were lower than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Modified Didang decoction has better effect than simple insulin on the symptom improvement of type 2 diabetes with blood stasis - phlegm type, can reduce the dosage of insulin.
