100例慢性咽炎患者语音信号的证型特征分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的通过采集和分析100例慢性咽炎患者的语音信号,为慢性咽炎中医证型的辨证提供客观依据。方法应用中医闻诊采集系统软件采集100例慢性咽炎患者的语音信号为慢性咽炎组,根据慢性咽炎中医证型将样本分为肺脾气虚型、痰热蕴结型、阴虚肺燥型,同期采集100例正常声音样本为正常对照组,运用小波包分解方法对2组进行语音样本分析和处理,提取与慢性咽炎中医辨证相关的特征参数。结果2组能量特征比较,在1~6 k Hz频率段慢性咽炎组患者能量特征大于正常对照组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);2组熵值特征比较,在0~1 k Hz频率段慢性咽炎组患者熵值特征小于正常对照组(P〈0.01),在2~7 k Hz频率段慢性咽炎组患者熵值特征大于正常对照组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。除2~3 k Hz、6~7 k Hz频率段外,3个证型能量特征比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),痰湿蕴结型〉肺脾气虚型〉阴虚肺燥型;在0~2 k Hz频率段3个证型熵值特征比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),痰湿蕴结型〉阴虚肺燥型〉肺脾气虚型。结论运用现代语音信号采集分析方法,为慢性咽炎中医证型的辨证提供了一定的客观参考依据。 Objective To sample and analyze the voice signal of chronic pharyngitis patients for the objective evidence of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of chronic pharyngitis. Methods 100 voice signals of chronic pharyngitis patients were collected into chronic pharyngitis group through traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) listening and smelling acquisition system software, the voice signal samples were divided into lung and spleen deficiency type, phlegm - heat accumulation type and lung dryness due to yin deficiency type according to chronic pharyngitis of TCM syndrome types. 100 normal voice signals were collected into normal control group at the same period. The samples in two groups were analyzed by the wavelet packets analysis. The characteristic parameters of TCM syndrome differentiation of chronic pharyngitis were collected. Results The energy feature of 1 - 6 kHz frequency ranges in chronic pharyngitis group was greater than that in normal control group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈0.01 ). The entropy value of 0 - 1 kHz frequency ranges in chronic pharyngitis group was less than that in normal control group (P 〈 0.01 ), and the entropy value of 2 - 7 kHz frequency ranges in chronic pharyngitis group was greater than that in normal control group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Except the frequency ranges of 2 ~ 3 kHz and 6 ~ 7 kHz, there were significant differences among three type of syndrome on the energy feature ( P 〈 0.05 ), phlegm - heat accumulation type 〉 lung and spleen deficiency type 〉 lung dryness due to yin deficiency type. There was significant difference among three type of syndrome on the entropy value of 0 - 2 kHz frequency ranges ( P 〈 0.05 ), phlegm - heat accumulation type 〉 lung dryness due to yin deficienty type 〉 lung and spleen deficiency type. Conclusion The application of modern voice signal collection and analysis provide an objective guide for the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of chronic pharyngitis.
