摘要 简要介绍浙江和鼎铜业350 t回转式阳极炉稀氧燃烧新技术的应用实践;通过应用前后的生产对比,着重介绍稀氧燃烧技术应用后的经济效益和环保效益。对比结果显示:应用稀氧燃烧技术后,按月产12 000 t阳极板计算,月节省183.61万元,并且尾气中氮氧化物含量明显下降。 This paper briefly introduces the application practice of dilute oxygen combustion in 350 t rotary anode furnace of Zhejiang Heding Copper Industry. By applying the contrast before and after production, the economic and environmental benefits of dilute oxygen combustion technology are briefly presented. The comparison results show that the application of dilute oxygen combustion technology, according to the calculation of 12 000 t anode plate per month,1.8361 million yuan are saved, and nitric oxide content in the tail gas is markedly reduced.
