摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2012年3月—2014年1月我院消化内科因胃溃疡需治疗患者128例,随机分为两组,每组64例,分别予以三联疗法+自拟中药汤剂(观察组)和三联疗法(对照组),比较两组治疗1个月后胃痛恢复情况、复发及症状积分变化。结果:观察组治疗后胃痛0级率高于对照组,3级率少于对照组,1个月、6个月和12个月内复发率均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各症状积分均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胃溃疡临床疗效较好,复发率低,症状恢复快,值得临床推广。
Objective： To study the effect of the integrative medicine on gastric ulcer. Method： The hospital in March 2012 ～ Jan 2014 admitted 128 patients with ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, test group（in the combination therapy group） and control group（WM） of the 64 cases. Result： After the observation group, for stomachache 0-level was more, 3-level less than the control group, one month, six-month recurrence within 12 months and less than the control group, all the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; In the observation group symptom score less than the control group,all the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combined integrative medicine was better at treating the ulcer.
