摘要
目的研究痊愈妥敷料对血液科经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)患者穿刺点局部感染的预防效果,为临床预防局部感染提供依据。方法选择2013年6月-2014年6月在医院就诊的PICC置管患者120例,按照随机数表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各60例;研究组患者在PICC置管后应用痊愈妥敷薄片固定,对照组患者采用置有红霉素软膏的纱布置于穿刺点,外面用无菌贴膜固定,观察两组患者治疗期间的感染情况,对感染患者感染部位采样并进行菌种培养鉴定。结果研究组患者感染率为1.67%,低于对照组患者的11.67%;研究组患者自感舒适、非计划性拔管以及不良反应发生率明显低于对照组;研究组患者共检测出病原菌2株,低于对照组患者的32株,以上两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痊愈妥敷料能够有效降低血液科PICC置管患者穿刺点感染率,增加患者的舒适度,降低患者的不良反应发生率,具有较好的临床使用价值。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of healing dressings on prevention of puncture site infections in the hematology department patients with peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） so as to provide guidance for clinical prevention of local infections .METHODS A total of 120 PICC patients who were treated in the hospital from Jun 2013 to Jun 2014 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the study group and the control group ,with 60 cases in each .The study group was treated with healing dressings thin slice for fixation ,while the control group was treated by placing the gauze containing erythromycin ointment on the puncture site and fixing externally with sterile adhesive .The prevalence of infections in the two groups of patients was observed during the treatment ,and the infection sites were sampled for the bacterial culture and identification .RESULTS The infection rate of the study group was 1 .67% ,lower than 11 .67% of the control group .The proportion of the patients with comfortable self‐inductance ,proportion of non‐planned extubation ,and incidence of adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group .Totally 2 strains of pathogens were isolated from the patients in the study group ,significantly less than 32 strains of pathogens isolated from the patients in the con‐trol group （P〈0 .05） .CONCLUSION The healing dressings can effectively reduce the incidence of puncture site in‐fections in the hematology department patients with PICC ,increase the comfort degree of the patients ,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions ,with significant value in the clinical application .
