等速内槽轮组合机构综合

Synthesis of Internal Geneva Combined Mechanism with Uniform Speed

摘要 当槽轮的槽数一定时,槽轮机构的运动系数是定值,运动规律也是确定的。用行星传动作为槽轮机构的驱动曲柄,相当于一个具有变化的长度和速度、沿着行星曲线运动的曲柄,从而改变了槽轮的运动特性。用生成椭圆曲线的行星传动机构作为曲柄驱动内槽轮机构,适当选取机构参数,可使内槽轮运动的中间位置具有一段匀速运动特性。给出了按照运动系数进行这种组合槽构机构综合的方法。 For the geneva mechanism,the kinematics coefficient of the geneva mechanism is a constant if the groove number of the ceneva wheel is a constant.The planetary transmission mechanism using as the drive crank of the geneva wheel is equal to the mechanism which has a variable length and a variable speed along the elliptical moving crank.Therefore the kinematics characteristics of the geneva mechanism can be changed.By using elliptic curve generated within the planetary transmission mechanism as the crank drive geneva mechanism,select mechanism parameters appropriately,can make thegeneva wheel movement in the middle with a uniform motion characteristics.The synthesis method of the combined geneva mechanism is put forward based on the kinematics coefficient.
