摘要
目的探讨无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗硬核白内障的临床疗效。方法将98例硬核白内障患者随机均分为观察组和对照组(n=49)。观察组给予无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除+人工晶状体植入术,对照组给予传统白内障手术,比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患眼视力为(0.48±0.06)、对照组为(0.22±0.03),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患眼散光为(0.82±0.11)、对照组为(2.08±0.27),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症的发生率(22.45%)低于对照组(42.86%)(P<0.05)。结论采用无缝线小切口白内障囊外摘除术治疗硬核白内障,可明显提高患者视力,改善患者散光情况,值得推广。
Objective To study clinical curative effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction for the treatment of hard nucleus cataract. Methods 98 cases of cataract were divided into two groups at random with 49 cases. The observed group was operated with seamless small incision extraeapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation, the others with tradition cataract extraction. Results Vision of cases in observed group was higher than the control group with（0.48±0.06）,（0.22±0.03）rcspectivcly. Astigmatic of cases in observed group was lower than the others with（0.82±0.11）, （2.08±0.27） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The seamless small incision of cataract surgery results can raise the vision of cases, and improve astigmatic of cases, and is suitable to be popularized.
