摘要
介绍了精对苯二甲酸装置尾气透平机能力由70 t/h扩容到100 t/h,再扩容到200 t/h的设计原理,探讨了尾气透平机的工艺参数设计与改造。结果表明:根据设计原理以及工业试验数据,确定扩容后尾气透平机的设计温度245℃,设计压力2.0 MPa,并确定了透平机转子直径。由国内自主进行扩容设计制造的尾气透平机投入生产后,工艺运行情况良好,PTA装置产能超过其设计能力。
The principle of the design about expanding the capacity of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) gas turbine is introduced. The PTA gas turbine capacity has been expanded from 70 t/h to 100 t/h and then 200 t/h. The process parameters design and innova- tion of gas turbine are discussed based on the design principle and the industrial experimental data. The results show that the tempera- ture of gas turbine is designed as 245 ℃, pressure 2.0 MPa, and rotor diameter is determined. The gas turbine which is manufactured through domestic capacity expansion design is used in production, the running condition is good, and the annual output has exceeded the design capacity.
