摘要
研究构建组织文化视角下的个体学习与组织学习在创新动机作用下对个体创新实践能力影响的结构方程模型,并通过对信息管理类专业学生的调研,获取199份有效问卷,经过因子分析与结构方程分析,结果表明:信息管理类学生的个体学习与组织学习都显著地受组织文化的影响,其中个体学习在内部动机的作用下显著地影响了学生创新实践能力的培养。各开设信息管理类专业的高校在该类人才的培养过程中要注重通过组织文化氛围营造培养学生的兴趣与创新思维进而影响创新实践能力。
This study has built a model in which individual learning and organizational learning are playing an important role on the improvement of individual innovation ability under the perspective of organizational culture as well as innovation motivation.The 199 valid questionnaires are obtained and an empirical study by factor analysis and structural equation analysis is completed.The results show that individual learning and organizational learning are significantly influenced by organizational culture.Individual learning with the action of internal motivation significantly influences the cultivation of students' innovative ability.It suggests that schools,teachers and the departments of education should pay more attention to students' interest and the establishment of the innovative thinking ability in the process of talents training.
