摘要
分析广西百色市森林防火体系建设现状,分析百色市森林防火面临的严峻形势和体系建设上的薄弱环节,提出了森林防火体系建设的总体思路,阐述森林防火预警预报监测系统、防火通讯系统、边境防火林带、火源管理体系、森林消防队伍及装备系统、林火扑救系统建设等重点建设内容。
According to the current status of forest fire prevention system construction, the severe situa- tion and weak link in the construction of forest fire prevention in Guangxi Baise were analyzed. The thoughts of forest fire prevention system construction was carried out, and the important contents of this process e. g. warning and forecasting system, fireproofing communication system, forest fire prevention belt, fire source management system, forest fire brigade and equipment system have been put forward.
