基于多岛遗传算法的偏置碰撞乘员约束系统优化分析

摘要 针对某新开发车型在第一轮C-NCAP摸底试验中乘员得分略少于目标值的情况,提出结合全局优化算法对其正面偏置碰撞进行乘员约束系统开发。在开发中,先确定其开发目标,然后对仿真结果和实验结果进行对比验证,接着通过灵敏度分析对设计变量进行筛选,最终结合多岛遗传算法进行优化匹配。结果表明,该优化匹配明显降低了碰撞中的乘员损伤值,达到了设计目标要求,具有较好的工程应用价值。 A new development car has a less score than the target goal in the first round of C-NCAP crash test.In this paper, a global optimization algorithm is used for the positive offset collision occupant restraint system analysis. In development, the target must be determined first. Then,a contrast between experiment results and simulation results is performed to ensure the correctness of the simulation results.Later, the design variables will be filtered through sensitivity analysis and finally,the multi-island genetic algorithm is used to implement the optimization matching. Results show that occupant injury value in the collision is significantly reduced and the requirements of the design goals is meet.All of this has tell us that the method has a stron~ ~n^n~ri i;,-~H 1,,~
