摘要 为深入了解煤自燃机理,实现对煤矿火灾的科学防治,有必要研究煤炭自燃过程及其特性。煤自燃过程中,温度和氧化产物都表现出明显的非线性特征。基于突变理论,结合煤自燃化学反应动力学理论,描述煤自燃的非线性发展过程,并分析氧化气体、温度和煤自燃属性之间的定量关系,从理论上阐释煤自燃升温和降温过程中非对称现象的产生原因。提出用突变温度作为指标评价煤自燃倾向性。分别用程序升温氧化试验和绝热氧化试验,验证煤自燃倾向性评价结果和滞后效应现象。结果表明,理论分析和试验结果具有很好的一致性。 It is held by the authors that studying the process of coal spontaneous combustion is a must for preventing coal mine fire. Based on catastrophe theory coupled with chemical reaction dynamics,the nonlinear process of coal spontaneous combustion was described. Quantitative relationships among oxidized products,temperature and coal properties were investigated. So the asymmetric phenomenon during the temperature-rise and-drop stages was interpreted Theoretically. Catastrophe temperature was introduced as the indicator of propensity of coal towards spontaneous combustion. The evaluating results and the hysteresis according to catastrophe theory were validated by coal oxidation experiments under adiabatic as well as temperature-programmed conditions.
