摘要
塑料排水管道在房屋建筑中得到了广泛应用,尤其是聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)排水管道,由于价格便宜、施工方便,占据了建筑排水的主要市场,同时聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管道排水噪声大也是大家普遍关注的问题。对三层复合聚丙烯静音排水管道系统进行研究分析。从管材与管件的加工性能考虑,降噪声学材料的填料用量75%作为优选。管件采用降噪声学材料与耐冲击共聚聚丙烯(PP-B)材料用量之比6∶4作为优选。三层复合聚丙烯静音排水管道系统各项技术性能均符合CJ/T 273—2012《聚丙烯静音排水管材及管件》标准规定要求,是PVC排水管的升级换代产品。
Plastic drainage pipe has been widely used in modern buildings,especially polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes due to its low price and convenient construction; occupy a major market of huilding drainage. While, the drainage noise of polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipe is still a key problem received great attention. The three-layer polypropylene composite drainage piping system is studied and analyzed. Based on the processing of pipes and pipe fittings,the optimal consumption of acoustic noise reduction filler is 75%. The optimal mass ratio of acoustic material to the impact resistant copolymer polypropylene(PP-B) is 6:4. The technical specifications of three-layer composite polypropylene drainage piping system meet the standard CJ/T 273--2012"Sound- insulating polypropylene pips and fittings for drainage". PP-B drainage pipe is the upgrade product of PVC drainage pipe.
