摘要
"癌毒"是近年来中医肿瘤学界提出的关于肿瘤形成和发展的新概念。"癌毒"的加重即为肿瘤的发展,临床上很大一部分肿瘤患者在接受多种现代医学治疗手段之后肿瘤仍在发展,"癌毒"仍在加重,其内在原因与中医所言正气虚损以及西医学界肿瘤"异变"密切相关。肿瘤容易"异变"是因为肿瘤细胞存在"异质性"和肿瘤耐药。
＂Cancer toxin＂is a new concept about formation and development of tumor that put forward by traditional Chinese medicine tumor field in recent years. The exacerbation of ＂cancer toxin＂is the development of tumor.In clinic,disease still progress in a large portion of tumor patients despite various modern therapies have been taken,and ＂cancer toxin＂is still exacerbated. The immanent cause is closely related to deficiency of healthy Qi in Chinese medicine and ＂variation＂of tumor in western medicine. Tumor is easy in ＂variation＂,which attributes to ＂heterogeneity＂of tumor cells and drug resistance.
