摘要
针对小电流接地系统发生单相接地故障,并要求在不断电的情况下,检测出故障位置的情况,提出一种基于经验包络法小电流接地电力电缆在线故障测距方法。在电缆参数未知的情况下,采用合闸时产生的操作过电压行波在线测量行波波速;单相接地故障发生后,利用经验包络法寻找行波瞬时频率突变的时刻,并运用单端测距法实现电力电缆故障测距。最后,通过对算例进行数值仿真来验证该方法的可行性和实用性。
The location of the fault is required to be detected in the case of UPS when single-phase-to-earth fault occurs. Aiming at the requirement,a method of online power cable fault location in neutral point ineffectively grounded power system based on EE was proposed. Under the condition that the parameters of cable were unknown,the velocity of traveling wave in cable was measured by the use of switching overvoltage wave which was generated when the closing occurred. When single-phase-to-earth fault happened,EE was used to find the mutations moments of instantaneous frequency. Then the location of power cable fault was determined by one-terminal fault location method. Finally,the digital simulation of an example was made to verify the effectiveness and practicability of this method.
