摘要
采用等离子喷涂和高速火焰喷涂工艺,对印刷设备用Q235钢表面进行喷涂处理,对比分析两种喷涂工艺下WC-12Co涂层的微观组织,并进行了孔隙率统计和磨损性能测试。结果表明,等离子喷涂和高速火焰喷涂涂层的孔隙率分别为3.9%和1.3%,涂层与基体之间为机械结合。高速火焰喷涂涂层的耐磨性要明显高于等离子喷涂涂层。
The microstructure, porosity, and wear resistance of WC-12Co coating on Q235 steel, which were prepared by plasma spraying and high speed flame spraying, were studied. The results show that the average porosity of plasma spraying coating and high-speed flame spraying coating are 3.9% and 1.3%, respectively. The combination between the coating and the substrate is mechanical combination. And the wear resistance of the high speed flame spraying coating is higher than that of plasma spraying coating.
