摘要
以某轻型客车为例,分析拉索式变速器操控系统的组成及各部件性能的影响因素,通过改进变速器、换档杆及拉索的结构,达到提升变速器操控性能,解决换档卡涩、档位不清等问题,并以主观评价的方式对方案的改进效果进行验证。
Taking a light bus as an example, this paper analyzes the components of the trans- mission control system and the influence factors of the performance of the various components. Through improving the structure of the transmission, shift lever and cable, it can improve the control perform- ance and solve the problem of gear shift abort, unclear. And to evaluate the effectiveness of the method with subjective evaluation.
