摘要
针对中国石油加氢裂化装置多产优质中间馏分油、兼产重石脑油及尾油的技术特点,对催化剂进行结构设计,开发了专用USY分子筛及BETA分子筛等催化材料,优化加氢功能和酸性功能之间的匹配,使催化剂具有适宜的孔径大小和畅通的孔道结构,成功开发了中油型加氢裂化催化剂PHC-03技术,并于2012年在中国石油大庆石化公司120×10^4t/a加氢裂化装置上得到工业应用,证实可满足不同时期对多产尾油、多产柴油、增产低凝柴油及生产3号喷气燃料等方案灵活切换的生产需求。与国内外同类技术产品相比,PHC-03加氢裂化催化剂具有原料适应性强、反应温度低、中油选择性高、产品低温流动性好等特点。
Most of PetroChina’s hydrocracking units are characterized for their production of high-quality middle-distillates while producing heavy naphtha and tail oil. Therefore, the special catalytic materials of USY and Beta zeolite are developed in the effort to design the structure of catalyst, optimizing the match between hydrogenation function and acidic function and enabling the catalyst to have appropriate pore size and smooth structure of pore throats. The middle distillate type hydrocracking catalyst PHC-03 technology was successfully developed and industrially used in the 1.2 million tons/year hydrocracking unit of PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company in 2012. It is confirmed that the PHC-03 hydrocracking catalyst has the flexibility to switch to production of more tail oil, more diesel, more low-freeze-point diesel and 3# jet fuel at the different stages. As compared to the products of the same technology at home and abroad, the PHC-03 hydrocracking catalyst is characterized for its high adaptability to feed stock, low reaction temperature, high selectivity of middle distillate and low-temperature flowability.
