摘要 为了满足深井、超深井、大位移水平井、高压喷射钻井等新型钻井工艺技术的要求,宝鸡石油机械有限责任公司研制了F-1600HL高压钻井泵。该泵最大工作压力为52MPa,为目前国内同功率钻井泵中压力最高,比F-1600钻井泵提高了50.7%,最大排量为51.8L/s,比F-1600钻井泵增加了11.4%。该泵采用"L"形液缸、双金属缸套、带卸载槽的高压阀、耐高温和油基钻井液的高压活塞、缸套内外冷却装置等新结构、新技术,通过结构有限元分析与优化设计、钻井液介质试验等,确保了该泵在高压和大排量工作时的可靠性。目前,该泵已成功用于7000m及其以上钻机中,并为高压喷射等钻井工艺的实施提供了强有力的装备保障。 F-1600HL high pressure drilling pump is developed to meet the demand of drilling process for deep well, super-deep well, horizontal well with a large displacement and high pressure jet drilling. The maximum discharge pressure of the pump is 52MPa, the highest pressure of the drilling pump with the same power in China at the present time and 50.7 percent higher as compared to F-1600 drilling pump. The maximum flow rate of the pump is 51.8L/s, 11.4 percent higher than F-1600 drilling pump. It adopts new structures and new technologies, such as a L-shaped cylinder, bimetal liner, high-pressure valve seat with stress relief groove, high temperature resistant and OBM resistant high-pressure piston and inner and outer surface of liner cooling installation. The reliability of the drilling pump is ensured owing to structural finite element analysis, optimized design and drilling fluid medium test. Currently, it has been successfully used in the rigs for drilling 7000-meter-deep wells and even deeper wells. This equipment provide powerful support for application of high-pressure jet drilling process.
