Application of Fire Extinguishing and Prevention Technique with Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Carbon Dioxide in Bulianta Coal Mine

摘要 补连塔煤矿由于12煤采空区煤炭自燃,导致其下覆22305综采工作面停产,通过采取地面钻孔直注液态氮和液态CO2等综合措施消除了隐患,保证了工作面的安全开采。介绍地面钻孔直注液氮和液态CO2防灭火的机理、装备、工艺流程及其使用过程中应注意的问题。 The spontaneous combustion in gob of No. 12 coal mining area of Bulianta Coal Mine led to the stop production of 22305 working face. The hidden perils were removed and the coal mining in safety was ensured with the measure of drilling in the ground and inpouring the liquid nitrogen and liquid carbon dioxide directly. The mechanism, devices, technological process and the attention prob- lems in the application for the fire prevention and extinguishing with drilling in the ground and inpouring the liquid nitrogen and liquid carbon - dioxide directly are introduced in this paper.
