摘要
"卓越计划"下,地方应用型本科高校培养出具备何种能力的毕业生,对于学生发展、高校建设和地区经济发展都具有重要意义。对比"中国工程教育专业认证协会"(China Engineering Education Accreditation Association,简称CEEAA)工程教育认证标准、"美国工程与技术鉴定委员会(Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology,简称ABET)认证体系ABET EC2000、台湾地区"中华工程教育学会"(Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan,简称IEET)的工程认证规范(EAC2010),以及"欧洲认证工程师计划"(European Accrdited Engineering Project,简称EUR-ACE)认证标准中对工程专业毕业生能力要求,以吉林化工学院材料科学与工程专业为例,提出了适用于地方应用型本科专业毕业生应具备的基本能力,并分析了原因,对应用型人才培养以及地方应用型高校学科建设具有一定参考价值。
Under the requirements of the professional training program of ＂A Plan for Educating and Training Outstanding Engineers＂ （PETOE） , the qualities of graduates from local colleges are of great importance for the students＇ future development, the development of universities and local economy. According to the confirmation certificates of engineering education in China Engineering Education Accreditation Association （ CEEAA ）, American certification system of Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology （ ABET EC2000 ） , Institute of Engineering Education Taiwan engineering projects （ EAC2010 ）, capability for graduates are generally introduced for engineering faculty in this paper. This paper analyzed the qualifications that should be obtained by the graduates from the local colleges based on the personnel cultivation of Materials Science and Engineering in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology and the reasons as well, which is supposed to provide guidance for the discipline construction of local colleges.
